Shipping Policy

Items purchased will begin processing and be shipped as soon as your credit card is processed and approved. Processing time varies, with most orders taking one to four business days. Transit time depends on the shipping method selected. All orders will be shipped in size appropriate boxes based on the size of the item(s) purchased. We ship items Monday through Friday and use the following shipping carriers: Fed-Ex, UPS, and USPS.


Shipping costs vary based on the delivery service chosen at checkout. All orders will have tracking information e-mailed to the customer once an item has been shipped so that the customer can track the progress of the shipment. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times by carriers due to weather, seasonal delays, or internal carrier issues.

Online Return Policy

Factory New Non-Vintage Item Returns

Factory new non-vintage items may be returned at our discretion within 7 days of receiving unless otherwise stated on the product details page. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If any item is opened after receiving, that item will not be eligible for return.

The following issues do not qualify for a return product:

  • Minor cosmetic paint issues

  • Package condition

Vintage and Loose Item Returns

We do not accept returns of any kind on vintage or loose items. Vintage items are pre-owned by previous owners and may have defects, missing parts, and general age wear. All condition issues with a vintage item will be described in the product details page. Loose items may or may no be pre-owned and may have defects, missing parts, and general wear. All condition issues with a loose item will be described in the product details page.


How to Return an Item

Please contact us by phone or e-mail to receive authorization for your item to be returned so that the item(s) can be accepted. Any returns without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

All items being returned will need to be shipped at the buyer's expense. You may choose a carrier or service of your choice. Once an item(s) have been shipped, you will need to provide us with a tracking number so that we can monitor the tracking progress of the return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

Please pack the item(s) in a clean sturdy shipping box and use some form of fill to protect the item(s). Do not place the shipping label directly on the item to return it as this will result in no refund. If the item(s) is damaged in transit due to poor packaging, your refund will be less.



Refunds on returns are issued once the product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. In cases where this is not possible, store credit will be issued. Credit cards refunds can take between 3-5 business days to fully process based on your credit card institution.
